EE2020 Learning Network
One of the most important elements of the EE2020 project is capturing the learning that occurs on the ground in our partner cities and adding to the body of energy efficiency "best practices." We are committed to ensuring that our partner cities connect with and learn from each other, and also that their knowledge is shared more widely, becoming part of the national discourse. To that end, Serrafix is in the process of developing an EE2020 Learning Network.
May 2011 - The Learning Network launched with a full-day workshop by social marketing expert Doug McKenzie-Mohr, sponsored by the Barr Foundation.
September 2011 - Marketing strategist and Harvard Business Review blogger Dorie Clark conducted a follow-up workshop on social marketing and social influence theory. Materials presented at the workshop include:
- The Five Most Common Mistakes in Social Marketing & How to Avoid Them
Dorie Clark on the Huffington Post
- How Do I Know It’s Working? Monitoring and Evaluating Your Social Change Marketing Campaign
Dorie Clark on the Huffington Post
- Setting the Right Goals for Your Social Marketing Campaign

- How to Market Your Social Marketing Campaign

In the coming months, we plan to host a series of teleconferences and in-person meetings on topics of concern to participants, helping them build skills and learn from one another.
